house uno belongs to a residential complex built in 1950 to the old railway station of the central company of aragon in valencia. the project transforms a traditional distribution into a small studio apartment for a young couple with open spaces that offer various distribution opportunities. the essence of the project is to give prominence to some of the original structural brick masonry walls in contrast with the whiteness of the walls remaining, this combined with the warmth provided by the wood flooring produces an harmonious light distribution.
